The 77th World Health Assembly meets in Geneva, Switzerland from May 27 to June 1. In less than four weeks, Joe Biden or his limp-wristed Secretary of State Tony Blinken will be at that meeting to sign American sovereignty away to a body of unelected bureaucrats at the World Health Organization.
The good news is that America will not be subject to the WHO Pandemic Agreement just yet if Biden signs it. The bad news is that Joe Biden would even consider signing this agreement in the first place. He truly does hate America and everything it stands for.
The Intergovernmental Negotiating Body (INB) has been working on drafting this pandemic treaty since December 2021. We warned about it a couple of years ago because of some of the many perceived problems with the treaty, but the INB has been flying under the radar since then. We haven’t heard much of anything about it since 2022. Now it’s here and Joe Biden has promised to sign it.
Here’s a closer look at what Joe Biden is willing to do to the United States through this treaty. This treaty would create rules for how every signatory country has to adhere to WHO rules—and not their own national rules—whenever the next pandemic comes along.
First, the treaty calls for a redistribution of wealth and personal protective equipment if there’s a pandemic. All developed nations that are ready for a pandemic are required to give 20% of their personal protective equipment (PPE) to the WHO. 10% is given as a donation and 10% at “affordable prices.”
The WHO, in turn, will “ensure the fair and equitable allocation and distribution of the pandemic-related health products” to other countries.
Governments will be required to carry out censorship campaigns against any competing narratives in a future pandemic. They can’t have anyone thinking that a pandemic came from a bioweapons lab or that the next vaccines are causing myocarditis or brain damage.
The treaty also shows that the WHO intends to meddle in domestic policy in every country, far beyond the limits of any pandemic. The latest draft of the treaty invokes the “public health impact of growing threats such as climate change, poverty and hunger.”
Yeah. None of those have anything to do with an infectious disease, and global warming isn’t caused by humans. The document asserts that battling future pandemics will require signatory nations to “achieve greater health equity” by taking “resolute action on the social, environmental, cultural, political and economic determinants of health.”
The most sinister section of the treaty has to do with the ability of nations to pass federal laws. The treaty requires that signatory nations can only pass legislation “in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations, the WHO Constitution and the principles of international law, and their sovereign rights over their biological resources.”
In case you haven’t been paying attention, the UN Charter and the WHO Constitution do not believe in the following: freedom of speech, parental rights, the right of private citizens to own firearms, homeschooling, the right to protest government, the right to a free press, or the right to medical autonomy of the individual. The UN has in fact financially supported nations that enact forced abortions and forced sterilizations to help prevent “overpopulation.”
In other words, the US Congress will not be allowed to pass any legislation that protects American citizens from the WHO’s lockdowns, mask mandates, forced vaccinations, or any other control aspect that the globalists want to impose on us.
The treaty also establishes a “Conference of the Parties,” which will be an unelected body of bureaucrats like the ones running the EU. The Conference of the Parties will have the authority to pass any legislation related to a pandemic, and that legislation then becomes the law of the land in America. No president, congress, or court can stop it.
This just scratches the surface. There’s LOTS more in this document that should terrify Americans for the future of our country if this treaty should become the law of the land.
Joe Biden (or Tony Blinken) will sign this document at the end of May, to give away control of America to an unelected group of bureaucrats at the WHO. The good news is that this treaty will require a two-thirds vote of the US Senate before it can be fully ratified. That’s unlikely to ever happen. It does, however, show you the level of contempt and hatred that Joe Biden and his handlers have for America.

Regardless of Biden’s* total disdain for the Constitution, it is still the law of the land and according to that august document, Biden does not have the solitary power to force our nation to be bound by the mandates of any treaty. According to the Constitution, Article II, paragraph 2, the president “shall have the Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur….” For those of you who have no knowledge of the Constitution, that means Biden* would need the votes of at least 66 or 67 senators for the treaty to be binding in this country. Somehow, I don’t think he’s going to achieve that kind of success. Similarly, his executive orders are not laws as they were never passed in both houses of Congress. Legally, his executive orders can only be mandatory for those who work in the Executive Branch, of which he is the head. Therefore, neither his bogus treaties nor his inane executive orders are enforceable. And if we’re smart, we’ll make sure it stays that way.
