The mRNA COVID jabs were President Donald Trump’s Achilles heel in the 2024 election. During his rallies back in 2022, massive crowds would boo him every time he started bragging about the jabs.
Every time he touted the creation of the vaccines as one of his best accomplishments many of us wondered the same thing: How could he be so stupid about this one issue? He wasn’t proving himself fit to lead for a second term by sounding like the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Pfizer.
Fortunately, he finally stopped jabbering about the jabs. We now know the inside story of how and why that happened.
Many of us were genuinely worried back in 2022 when Trump kept taking up the vaccines, despite crowds of 40,000 people booing him every time he mentioned them. Our advice to him at the time was very blunt and straightforward:
“Mr. President, shut up about the g*ddam vaccines already!”
If the Democrats had been willing to be honest about the COVID jabs, they could have easily crushed Donald Trump in the 2024 election. Fortunately, honesty is not their strong suit so that didn’t happen.
We’re also extremely fortunate that country music star John Rich was invited to a dinner with Trump and several US Senators and candidates in 2022. During the meal, President Trump suddenly turned to Rich and put him on the spot. Trump asked him point-blank why everyone was booing him at his rallies whenever he brought up the COVID shots.
Rich thought that this moment would be the end of his friendship with President Trump, but he decided to be honest and forge ahead.
“Okay, I’m going to tell you the answer and you’re not going to like it,” he began.
Rich began by explaining that the American people do not trust the public health officials that Trump was forced to rely on during the pandemic. He included the FDA, the CDC, the WHO, the ghoulish Tony Fauci, and others.
“Mr. President, we consider them to be a bunch of murderous depopulationist psychopaths,” continued Rich.
Trump was stunned by the honesty. No one in his inner circle had ever bothered to tell him the truth about this. Rich continued:
“Every human being out in that rally, either themselves or they know someone directly, who has been harmed by the vaccine or has even died from it, including me. I said I got members of my own family who were FORCED to take it against their will to keep their jobs. Now they’ve got all kinds of problems. Big problems. Heart problems. Lung problems.”
Trump looked around the table and said, “This is unbelievable! Has anyone else heard this?”
Herschel Walker, who was running for US Senate in Georgia at the time, chimed in:
“Mr. President, down in Georgia, my constituents come up at my rallies and what John just said, I hear every single day.”
Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) nervously nodded her head in agreement.
Rich then started to share information with President Trump about his family members who were injured by the jabs. That’s when the dark and disturbed Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) pranced into the middle of the conversation and interrupted. Graham was “swishing his chardonnay around” and told President Trump not to listen to “conspiracy theorists” like John Rich.
You can see John Rich’s response to the filthy old queen in the video below.
At the end of their conversation, Trump asked Rich, “So no more vaccine talk?”
“I said I think that’s a good idea,” Rich told him, adding, “I said I think you’re going to learn a lot about it.”
Rich was worried that this conversation would cost him his friendship with Donald Trump but says that wasn’t the case. Trump still calls him and invites him to events. He even asks Rich for advice sometimes, because now he probably realizes that Rich is one of the few people in his orbit who is unafraid of telling him the truth.
Thank you, John Rich!
America owes him a debt for being the one guy in the room who had the guts to tell President Trump the truth.
Rich shared this conversation on a recent episode of the “Try That in a Small Town Podcast.” It’s worth watching this clip to see his response to Lindsey Graham:
