DOJ Officials Claim January 6th Prisoners Automatically Guilty if Trump Pardons Them, Ignoring Biden’s Pardon for Hunter Biden

There’s no doubt that the January 6 political prisoners have been victims of a weaponized justice system with the Democrats in power aiming to make an example out of these poor people, and they’re not done yet.

President-Elect Donald Trump has said that his administration will “act very quickly” to pardon some 1,600 January 6 defendants while also calling for the crooks on the insanely biased January 6th committee to be jailed for what they’ve done in advancing the “insurrection” lie.

But the DOJ is still trying to ruin these innocent people, by making the ABSURD argument that if they accept pardons from President Trump it would equate to “a confession of guilt.”

This ridiculous claim was made in a court filing for a Jan. 6 case before Washington, D.C. district judge Carl Nichols, which saw federal prosecutors say that anybody who accepts a pardon should just be considered guilty.

“[A] pardon at some unspecified date in the future…would not unring the bell of conviction,” federal prosecutors argued. “In fact, quite the opposite. The defendant would first have to accept the pardon, which necessitates a confession of guilt.”

But by this logic, it would mean that President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, is guilty of committing NUMEROUS crimes from 2014-2024 because Joe recently granted him an unprecedented blanket pardon for that 10-year period.

Hunter has been accused of acting as an unregistered foreign agent, cutting sketchy deals with foreign nations like China and Ukraine, taking bribes, illegally purchasing a firearm, tax evasion, and MUCH more during those 10 years.

According to the arguments that Biden’s own DOJ is making, this would mean that the First Son is basically guilty of treason – not because that conclusion was reached in a trial, but simply because he was pardoned for it.

And remember, that pardon also saw Joe Biden admit that his DOJ is hopelessly politicized to suggest their actions cannot be trusted.

Biden has reportedly been considering handing out pardons for people like former NIAID head Dr. Anthony Fauci and J6 Committee Members former Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) and former Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY).

Again, if you apply the prosecutors’ logic to these individuals as well, pardons for them would mean that Fauci is GUILTY of committing crimes against humanity related to the COVID-19 pandemic and the J6 committee members are guilty of betraying their country by launching a political witch hunt against Trump and many of his voters.

The DOJ wouldn’t dare actually mention any of these names, however, because they’re on the same side!

In reality, this argument by the federal prosecutors is the Justice Department’s desperate last hope of “salvaging” their disastrous J6 narrative before Trump gets in office and exposes what a sham it was the entire time.

At the very least, the Biden DOJ is hoping that if they put this message out into the public they can further tarnish the reputations of the J6 prisoners to make their lives impossible long after the pardons.

This evil DOJ knows that is has LOST and still, they’re launching one last, desperate push to smear the names of these good people.

We truly don’t hate them enough.
