We normally wouldn’t devote much cyber-ink to any story about Hollywood. They’re a bunch of pedophiles and devil worshipers. Movies have stunk so much since everything went “woke” during Obama’s second term that they’re basically an irrelevant entertainment option for most of us these days.
But when leftwing bully Alec Baldwin was surprisingly re-indicted on Thursday for killing that poor lady back in 2021, we thought it was worth mentioning. It’s important, after all, that the rule of law be applied equally to everyone in this country. Plus, the thought of a bully like him in a jail cell gives us a warm and fuzzy feeling.
Alec Baldwin shouldn’t get a pass for killing someone just because he’s a wealthy and well-known liberal. For almost the past year, that’s exactly what we all thought would happen.
Back in 2021, Baldwin was on the set of some movie called “Rust” which he was starring in and co-producing. They were getting ready to shoot a scene and Baldwin had a prop gun in his hand. According to witnesses, Baldwin was doing the same thing that he always does when he has a free moment of time: Ranting and yelling like a stark, raving-mad lunatic about Donald Trump while waving a gun around.
Baldwin pulled the trigger (lots more on this in a second), and it turned out that the gun had a live round in it instead of blanks. He shot and killed Halyna Hutchins, who was a wife and mother and who was also working on the film. The shot also wounded the movie’s director.
The leftwing, anti-gun bully Alec Baldwin was originally charged with involuntary manslaughter, a fourth-degree felony, and that seemed like a reasonable charge considering the facts of the case. However, prosecutors suddenly dropped the charges in April of 2023.
Everyone thought the same thing when that happened:
Yet another wealthy, elite member of the New World Order drank some blood while performing the Dark Ritual in a pentagram symbol and now he’s going to get off scot-free for killing someone. (Everyone else thought that, right? That wasn’t just me?)
Baldwin blamed the gun. He claims that it just “went off.”
As I noted at the time, that is nonsense. The only way that modern firearms just “go off” is if a person pulls the trigger. Firearms are put through rigorous testing before they can be sold these days, due to all the regulations around the gun industry. The testing is done specifically to ensure that guns will not fire unless you pull the trigger.
For example, a modern firearm (including a prop gun for a western movie like the one in question here) will not fire if you drop it on the floor. That’s something that only happens in the fantasyland of movies and TV shows, because liberals don’t know anything about guns and they want everyone to believe that they are dangerous, inanimate murder machines that can kill people at any moment without warning.
As I asserted, the only way that gun could have fired as Alec Baldwin was holding it in his hand was if Alec Baldwin pulled the trigger.
It turns out I was wrong, however.
The prosecutors put the gun through forensic testing and finally got the results back this month. It turns out that there were actually two ways by which that particular gun could be made to fire. The first is the good old-fashioned regular way. You cock the hammer on the revolver—as Baldwin admits that he did—and then you pull the trigger with your finger.
The second way that forensic investigators were able to get the gun to discharge—and you may want to write this down for the next time when you’re talking about gun safety with your kids—was to load the gun and whack it a bunch of times with a great big hammer. So, I got that wrong. Just wanted to correct the record on that. I wouldn’t want to spread misinformation like CNN.
Since the gun in Alec Baldwin’s hand was not whacked multiple times by a great big hammer, prosecutors say that means it could only have fired by Alec Baldwin pulling the trigger. Which is exactly what happened. He’s been charged with involuntary manslaughter—negligent use of a firearm, which is a fourth-degree felony. In New Mexico, where the shooting death of Halyna Hutchins took place, that carries an 18-month prison sentence. Which is better than nothing.
The guy has mental issues. His rage over trump blinded him and he cocked the hammer then pulled the trigger. He should be put in an asylum.

Look at this…………………….. https://webcash16.blogspot.com/
When you pick up a gun you check it to make sure it is not loaded and that means you do not pointed at someone or pull the trigger. That means you physically check to make sure that it does not have a round in it or that it is loaded . That is the responsibility of a person using the weapon.
Heartily AGREE with the first two commentors.
The only thing that bothers me about this whole mess is why in the world the lady’s husband has joined Baldwin’s crew and working for him.
Think about it. Anti gun ,anti Trump , How better to make your statement than accidentally fire a gun on set and kill somebody. Husband joins his team makes it look like he was ok with what happened.
Hollywood elite getting away with murder and blame it on the gun. I wish they had never used this piece of snake poop in the movie about the Alamo. It has tarnished a Texas history movie forevermore. Maybe he and Robby Denito could rant and rave with pistols pointed at each other and have a reenactment of the incident and have both guns go off at the same time. Go to he$$ Hollywood.
Unless I’m totally mis-informed, the cinematographer was also working on an independant documentary focused on sex and child trafficking in the entertainment industry.
Also, as someone who followed this story as a credited documentary film maker, what happened that the old style gun had one round of real ammo in it, rather than ALL blanks?
What happened to these elements of possible prosecution?

Mesquite trees grow in abundance where we live- Texas – they are sturdy and a good rope is on the saddle horn of a real cowboy’s horse. The horse knows when a rider is in the saddle and one slap on the horses butt, the horse takes off, leaving the rider on the rope. Sure saves the taxpayers money rather than an 18 month stay in the Gray Bar Hotel. My heritage ? Fifth generation descendant of territorial Texas Rangers…long before Hollywood idiots invaded Texas.
My opinion of Baldwin is a clown. However; putting that aside, why was a live round in the pistol and who put it there? Did someone plan her murder? Baldwin should serve time for this episode.
Glad he isn’t getting away with it.CHe isn’t much of an actor MOST OF ACTORS,/ACTRESSES THESE DAYS ARE NOT WORTH A HOOT. TOO MMUCH SEX JUST DONT KNOW HOW TO ACT. GOES FOR SINGERS TOO.
