Attorney General Andrew Bailey (R-MO) has proposed a move which could instantly “void” all of President Joe Biden’s executive actions in one shot!
In a letter to DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz, the Missouri AG called into question the legitimacy of executive actions performed by Biden given his obvious and well documented cognitive issues.
“By now, Biden’s mental decline is famous,” Bailey wrote. “Under the 25th Amendment, his inability to make decisions should have meant a succession of power. Instead, it appears staffers and officers in the Biden administration may have exploited Biden’s incapacity so they could issue orders without an accountable President of sound mind approving them.”
Throughout Biden’s presidency “he” signed 162 radical executive orders and “he” pardoned several high-profile individuals like COVID-19 architect Dr. Anthony Fauci and even his own son Hunter Biden. “He” also granted 4,245 acts of clemency during his tenure – more than any other president.
What Bailey is proposing could reverse ALL of that, making it “null and void” if it’s found that Biden never knowingly approved them.
There are “profound reasons to suspect that Biden’s staff and political allies exploited his mental decline” Baily noted.
Of this, there is no doubt. One of Biden’s top aides, Michael LaRosa came out and admitted this just a couple of days ago, saying that they knew about Biden’s cognitive issues from “day one” but they hid it from the public.
LaRosa confessed that Biden’s staff would often make decisions for him and refused to let him do any unscripted public appearances because he was too far gone.
In his letter, Bailey cites another example of Biden’s mental decline rendering him a completely useless executive.
“In January 2024, when [House Speaker Mike] Johnson (R) asked Biden about a moratorium on energy exports to Europe, Biden informed Johnson that he thought he had merely signed an order authorizing a study on exports,” Bailey said.
And then of course you have Special Counsel Robert K. Hur who investigated Biden’s illegal handling of classified documents and conducted exclusive 1-on-1 interviews with Joe as part of the investigation.
Hur released a 345-page report which described Biden as merely an “elderly man with a poor memory” who could not even remember when he was Vice President and declined to charge him as a result.
Bailey points out, “If Biden could not even form a mens rea [criminal intent] for allegedly criminal activity (a low bar), how can anyone have confidence he had the capacity to make decisions as the chief executive of the United States?”
“Who has been running the country for the last few years?” Bailey wrote. “I fear that Mr. Biden, while he held the office of President, did so in name only and was a mere puppet for far-left, unelected staffers. The people deserve to know the truth.”
Bailey suggests that the staffers were in control of Biden’s presidency but it’s important to consider who was in control of those staffers.
When Biden took office, his top 100 aides were basically a bunch of President Barack Obama plants. A staggering 75% of them had previously worked in the Obama administration. His cabinet was not much better, filled with some of the biggest Obama loyalists in D.C.
This is completely unprecedented and even left-wing outlets thought this was a bit weird and even left-wing outlets thought this was a bit weird, with USA Today publishing a piece in 2021 saying the amount of Obama admin carryovers was “striking.”
Even weirder, this drew so much attention that Biden was forced to come out and actually say “This is not a third Obama term” in one interview… when have you ever heard of a president coming out and saying something like that…
It’s time for the DOJ to get to the bottom of this once and for all!
