A third IRS agent turned whistleblower has come forward to confirm a rather disturbing detail about Joe Biden’s Department of Justice that is the type of thing typically reserved for third world countries run by absolute dictators.
The IRS agent told House investigators that the Biden DOJ explicitly BLOCKED now-special counsel David Weiss from charging Hunter Biden with a number of serious crimes.
Weiss investigated Hunter Biden for five years for tax, gun, and Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) violations. Though Hunter is guilty of all of these crimes and more, he was about to get off completely clean when two IRS whistleblowers decided to expose what was happening.
Those two agents, like the third, said that the DOJ was covering for Hunter Biden, forcing the Justice Department to at least pretend to go after Hunter – which led to the infamous “sweetheart deal.”
The third whistleblower, IRS Director of Field Operations Michael Batdorf, said that the DOJ’s tax division opposed charging Hunter Biden during a June 2022 meeting with IRS officials and Weiss.
“DOJ Tax would have to authorize charges prior to David Weiss recommending an indictment or prosecution,” Batdorf said, “So, I mean, my understanding is that, I mean, he can’t make that decision without DOJ Tax authorization.”
Weiss was quoted saying that he was “not the deciding person” on charging Hunter Biden with tax, gun, and FARA violations.
Meanwhile, Attorney General Merrick Garland repeatedly claimed that Weiss had complete authority to charge the president’s son.
“He was given complete authority to make all decisions on his own,” Garland said in June of Weiss.
Biden’s AG was NEVER going to let the president’s drug addicted son be charged with any serious crimes but obviously he couldn’t come right out and say that, so instead he lied about it from the start.
Weiss, a long-time family friend and support of the Bidens, was more than happy to play along.
All he had to do was pretend like he was going to crack down on Hunter Biden, while knowing all along he didn’t even REALLY have the authority to do so even if he wanted to – not that he did.
But apparently the theatrical finger-pointing going on between Weiss and the DOJ was so confusing that they even had trouble keeping their stories straight.
In two letters to Congress, Weiss contradicted himself about whether he was the deciding authority to charge Hunter Biden. Weiss eventually reversed his position to agree with Garland, as both claimed Weiss was the man with the power to charge Hunter Biden.
Batdorf further confirmed that Assistant U.S. Attorney Lesley Wolf, who worked directly with Hunter’s lawyers to craft the “sweetheart deal” was responsible for forbidding investigators from asking about Joe Biden being “the big guy.”
Wolf also allegedly cautioned the investigation team not to search Joe Biden’s guest house in Delaware for evidence against Hunter Biden because of “optics.”
It doesn’t get more clear cut than this – the DOJ is serving their master Joe Biden and doing WHATEVER it takes to keep him and his family from being held accountable for their crimes.

We all understand the only people to be punished for democrats corruption is republicans period. With all the whistleblower’s coming forward you would think the republicans would stop being afraid of democrats. If government employees can’t obey the oath they took when they got the job, then get out of the way for those who take their oath very seriously and respect the American citizens and understand they work for us we the people. If republicans in congress don’t get things done with holding democrats and rhinos accountable then I recommend you start packing your things for 2024. Those who think impeaching one President twice without evidence of any kind and do nothing on another President with evidence that smacks you in the face, you have no place working for me.
